With a Post-Graduate Certificate of Science in Mindfulness, and as a certified Yoga Instructor, mental and emotional health is an integral aspect of our journey, including trauma-sensitive approaches.

I am dedicated to sharing education, support, and tools to empower and enhance self wellness.
Through consultations, we will discuss an individualized whole-body health plan.
